I had to return something I bought from bgcopper.com, and overall it went smoother than I expected. Support got back to me quickly, and my refund showed up a few days later, so I can’t really complain about the process itself. That said, I did feel a bit dismissed when I asked a couple of questions, like they just wanted to move things along instead of really answering me. Still, the return was handled without much hassle, so I’d give it 5 stars.

I wasn’t expecting it to look quite this nice, but the copper has a really good finish overall. There are a few tiny marks if you look closely, which is a little disappointing, but they’re not super noticeable. Happy with it overall.

My order showed up and everything was right, so I was happy with it. No mix ups or weird stuff, which makes it feel like a good order to me. Got what I picked, so no complaints here

My order showed up packed really well, like someone in the warehouse had insider knowledge about what delivery boxes go through. There was plenty of padding around everything, and even though the outside box had a small dent, the items inside were totally fine. Took me a little while to get through all the wrap, but i’d rather deal with that than open it up to broken stuff. Makes you wonder what they’ve seen happen to packages before.....

It worked fine for a while, no real complaints at first.. but after a few months it did start to wear down a bit. Still usable, just not as sturdy as I hoped

I’m not that happy with it. The order took way longer than I expected, and when I reached out to support, they weren’t really much help. On top of that, the product seems to work only when it wants to, which is frustrating.

I ordered a copper piece from bgcopper.com i’m really happy with how it turned out. The craftsmanship feels legit, and the piece has a nice solid weight to it, not flimsy at all??

There was one tiny mark on the edge, but it’s barely noticeable and weirdly kind of gives it some personality. The finish looks handmade in a good way, like someone actually took their time with it.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because the shipping took a little longer than I expected. Other than that, the work itself is really lovely and I’d definitely consider ordering again??

I was hoping for more ways to tweak the design, but the options felt sorta limited. The site worked fine overall, just didn’t have enough flexibility for what I needed.

I tried using it on my phone, but the pages load weirdly slow. Even little things, like tapping to open a new page, take longer than I expected, which gets annoying fast

I also don’t like when companies make vague promises without showing clear proof of what the material actually is. I wouldn’t buy from them again unless they were a lot more upfront about what they’re selling
